HOW TO JOIN THE SACRAMENTO BLUE STAR MOMS - CHAPTER #CA-7

Blue Star Mom membership is open to Mothers of Active, Guard or Reserves Service Members, or honorably discharged Veterans, from all service branches of the United States and the Merchant Marines.

Blue Star Mother membership is also open to Stepmothers, Foster Mothers or Female Legal Guardians providing primary care from the age of thirteen (13) or prior.

Associate Membership is open to fathers, step-parents, grandparents, family members and friends.
