July 13th - Wednesday - 2:00 pm - Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon. The Patriot Guard Riders will be rendering honors to a group of veterans who have passed without immediate families. The public is encouraged to attend.

July 14th River Cats Game vs Fresno Grizzlies Tickets were donated by the River Cats organization and Department of Veterans Affairs.

Craft 4 Change are teaming up for our next project by sending care packages to our deployed soldiers. This project started on May 30th (Memorial Day) and ended on July 30th!

The Sacramento Blue Star Moms assisted in the Placer County's Veterans Stand Down at Roseville Fairgrounds. A resource fair of Medical, Dental, Optical, Veterinary Services, VA Benefits, Legal Services, Employment Counseling, Haircuts, Personal Care Supplies, Clothing etc. was provided.

Brew Fest

Enjoyed an evening filled with music, delicious handcrafted beers, fine wines and gourmet foods from local area sponsors.

November 5, 2011 - Over 600 Care Packages were shipped to our deployed service members.

December 10, 2011 Wreath Project at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery. Approximately 8,000 wreaths will be placed.
