We are in the South Placer County and Sacramento areas.   We support all troops regardless of their hometown.  We support the military; past and present.  We honor the Gold Star Families and cherish their children "Fallen Warriors"  We have no paid positions.  We and share our compassion and pride with you.  We worry, cry, laugh and together to bring a "taste" of home to our troops who are in harms way.

We are proud Moms, Grandmothers, Spouses, Sisters, Aunts, Girlfriends, Daughters, Uncles, Dads, Sons, Family and Friends!

We send care packages to deployed primarily stationed in Afghanistan.  We do not send packages to troops stationed in locations where they have access to stores and/or centers.  The care packages are filled with snacks, candy, socks, books, beef jerky, , personal hygiene items, and each box includes a message written by those here at home.

On April 6, 2013, with assistance from Pleasant Grove High School, Elk Grove Food Service, Girl Scouts, Sacramento State University Students, St Rose's Church and many others; we mailed 315 Care Packages.

We collect all year long for care package mailings. We are also available to speak to community groups and events.

If you want to organize a packing party, please email your request to:                       BlueStarMomsvp@hotmail.com.

For more information click on "How to contact us" link on the left hand side and let us know how we can help. We look to another year of partnering with our local communities.
