WELCOME TO THE SACRAMENTO BLUE STAR MOMS
The Sacramento Blue Star Moms is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-racial, non-profit Veterans service organization with a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. TIN #20-3710896
We are proud Mothers, Fathers, Families and Friends in the South Placer County and Sacramento areas who are united in supporting men and women serving in the U.S. Military.
We support all troops regardless of their hometown.
We support the military; past and present.
We honor the Gold Star Families and cherish their children.
We participate in community awareness.
We assist families left behind.
We share our compassion and pride with you.
We worry, cry and laugh together to send packages with a "taste" of home to our troops who are in harms way.
We collect items and fundraise all year long to mail care packages to deployed U.S. Service Members who are stationed in harms way. The care packages are filled with snacks, candy, socks, books, beef jerky, and personal hygiene items. Each box also includes a message written by those here at home.
The Sacramento Blue Star Moms depend solely on donations to complete our mission. You can help us support our military by donating items for our care packages, make a tax-deductible financial donation, attend our events and fundraisers (Upcoming Events), write letters to our troops, and participate in our care package parties.
We are also available to speak to community groups and events. For more information: click on the "How to contact us" link on the left hand side and let us know how we can help.
