June 8, 2011 - All Northern California Chili's participated in a one day fundraising event in support of the Sacramento Blue Star Moms
June 25th for the Red, White and Blue Parade in Citrus Heights4th of July Parade - Downtown Roseville July 13th - Wednesday - 2:00 pm - Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, Dixon. The Patriot Guard Riders will be rendering honors to a group of veterans who have passed without immediate families. The public is encouraged to attend.
July 14th River Cats Game vs Fresno Grizzlies Tickets were donated by the River Cats organization and Department of Veterans Affairs. Marine Steven McArthur home on leave from Afghanistan with Joan Cramer - a Blue Star Mom supporter 
"Scarves for Soldiers" -- Project 4 www.craft4change.blogspot.comCraft 4 Change are teaming up for our next project by sending care packages to our deployed soldiers. This project started on May 30th (Memorial Day) and ended on July 30th!
So, let's get started and show our troops some love!
August 11th - 8am-Noon, beautify Old Roseville's Cemetery Veterans section. Berry Street. Bring your broom, work gloves and rake.
August 21, 2011 - American Legion Post 169 Picnic 10am- 3pm at Royer Park
September 2-4, 2011 - Battle of the Capital - A weekend of invitational football games - Benefiting the Wounded Warrior Program at Del Oro High School, Loomis
September 17, 2011 - Hot Chili & Cool Cars - Pacific Street, Rocklin - 10 am-4pm.
September 25th Sunday Fun Day - Rusch Park, Citrus Heights 11-4pm
September 27-29, 2011 - The Sacramento Blue Star Moms will be assisting in the Placer County's Veterans Stand Down - Roseville Fairgrounds. A resource fair of Medical, Dental, Optical, Veterinary Services, VA Benefits, Legal Services, Employment Counseling, Haircuts, Personal Care Supplies, Clothing etc was provided.

November 5, 2011 - Over 600 Care Packages were shipped to our deployed service members.
December 3, 2011 Chrsitmas Dinner honoring Gold Star Families. By inivitation only
December 10, 2011 Wreath Project at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at 9 am {5810 Midway Road, Dixon}
Approximately 8,000 wreaths will be placed on the head stones.
